I have asked managers and assistant managers to please make sure non service animals are not in the store on multiple occasions. This is my 5th interaction in the last year. I have an ADA protected anaphylactic allergic reaction to dogs. This animal was not performing any service duties. Not only is this dangerous to my health via anaphylaxis, this is unsanitary to have an animal in the store and in shopping carts. I have gone into anaphylaxis from dog hair on clothing...not to mention dogs are vectors for diseases and should not be riding in carts. I am a regular customer and I have spent $50,000 myself at this store for my business over the last few years. The next time this happens, I will report this to the local health inspector and put TJ Maxx on my do not shop list. Other than that, the associates are very kind and friendly. They are always there to help with a smile on their face. They don't typically ignore you and will go out of their way if there is a problem. Outside of these dog incidences and lack of adequate handicap parking, it is enjoyable to shop there, although merchandise quality has fallen a tad over the years. I have seen a small uptick in quality recently so I hope this is just post COVID 19 hiccups.

Really nice location with a wide variety of clothing items, houseware items, childrens toy items and more. This location was clean with a comfortable atmosphere. The employees on the floor didn’t greet while they walked by or while they were restocking etc. the cashier however was very friendly. I think if you’re an employee, which is a representation of the company you should at a minimum say hello to customers as you walk by. The checkout line was not extremely long

Today I went shopping with my daughter (15 months) at this location. I didn’t have a stroller with me because she was sitting in the buggy. When we went to use the dressing room the woman in charge of the dressing room told me I couldn’t take the cart in the room with me. I understand, because of stealing, but at the same time I was a mother by myself with a baby who isn’t walking yet and you expect me to try on clothes while holding my baby?? Or set her on the dirty floor people have been walking on all day?? I had to take all my belongings out of the buggy in front of her. I just felt out of place and disrespected as a mom. 3 stars because the cashiers were lovely and the place is always clean and stocked.
